I love working with adults of all ages from 18-80+, as life is full of changes and transitions at any age and stage. My clients and I work through navigating anxiety, depression, grief & loss, chronic pain, peri- and menopausal symptoms, trauma processing, mood disorders, relationship changes like breakups or establishing boundaries, life changes like job change or loss, parenting challenges, and much more. I love working with college students and young adults, parents, people navigating midlife or late adulthood, veterans or active military members, and active or retired business professionals,

Therapy can be a calming and grounding place; I utilize Brainspotting (a cousin of EMDR), which strengthens the mind/body connection so we can explore and interact with the emotions and memories your body has stored throughout your life. By bringing your attention to the natural phenomenon of brainspots and the corresponding emotions, we can help create space for you to reflect on and grow from your experiences so you can achieve your goals.

I also provide a more directive approach for couples using the Gottman Method, or premarital counseling for engaged couples through the Prepare/Enrich curriculum. I love working with couples to help them find connection through compassion and curiosity with the ultimate goal of strengthening their friendship and intimacy.

I know firsthand that the busyness of life can prevent time for reflection or personal growth. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to reacquaint yourself by working at your pace. I help by incorporating compassion and curiosity as we explore your story and collaborate on your goals. You deserve a space to rest and reflect.
